Like few other commenters they are very expensive (because of the location?). Quality is also not that good. They are saying some numbers and trying to make a sale. If you are aware (or knew what you are looking for) then you will see the price difference. Indeed they are politely responding.

The shop has variety of plants and flowers and the person is very polite and caretaking. The quality is well maintained and is cost-effective. Flower lovers should definitely pay a visit.
