The worst customer service ever. They do not provide any UPI service and will teach us how to take money from the near by ATM. The chettan in the cash desk will elaborately give us a lecture on the importance of carrying hand cash. He will also tell us to remain calm during such situation and will teach us how a customer should bahave.

Worst service ever. You can see the rudest cashier ever there. He would give us a lecture on the importance of carrying money and how to be a responsible customer. He would even escort you outside and teach us how to take money from ATM.
