On my lawn which was already fully weeded out for 18 months I bought pearl grass and planted. 50% of it grew up to be cattle grass. The owner refused own up the mistake. Insisted that the weeds were entirely mine. I am spending on more labour for weeding them out. Mistakes happen, but adamancy is not good business ethics.
