Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PlantTrade. Because we deal with live plants, we have established specific policies to handle returns and refunds fairly.

1. Live Plant Guarantee

If your plant arrives dead or in poor condition (severely damaged), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damaged plant and the packaging.

2. Return Window

• Seeds & Tools: 7 days from delivery, provided they are in original, unopened packaging.
• Live Plants: Not eligible for return due to their perishable nature, but eligible for Replacement or Refund if damaged on arrival.

3. Refund Process

Once your claim is verified, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Cancellation

Orders for live plants can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, as we coordinate with nurseries for immediate preparation and dispatch.
